The International Commission on Workforce Development (ICWFD) is a
California-based nonprofit organization that is enabling the workforces
of developing countries and the nonprofit sector to compete in the
current and future global economy. Its e-Skills360° global initiative
is the only program of its kind to address the key barriers to
accessing e-learning through high-end technology. It provides access to
more than 500 certification-level IT and professional development
courses.
This is the first time e-Skills360° courses have been accessible by U.S. and Canadian nonprofit organizations and libraries. ICWFD recognizes the importance and societal value of supporting the nonprofit sector and is enthusiastic about the impact these courses will have on nonprofits and libraries, their beneficiaries, and the causes they serve.
