International newsletter of the King Baudouin Foundation - Fall 2007

I am pleased to share with you the King Baudouin Foundation newsletter of fall 2007, featuring “TechSoup: tackling IT-poverty of non-profits”.

The project is also mentioned in the editorial by Luc Tayart de Borms - Managing Director
“KBF is also fostering cooperation between NGOs, non-profits and IT giants such as Microsoft and Cisco. The SOCIALware Project, launched in Belgium and kick-started with a grant from KBF, is partnering with TechSoup, its US counterpart, to alleviate “IT poverty. Many non-profits lack the technology and the resources to improve their daily operations and better serve their communities. At the same time, many major manufacturers find it difficult to run giving programmes internally.”

SOCIALware wishes you all a very happy holiday season.
