Yolngu Aboriginal people are empowered via programs of training, employment and cross cultural relations, including the Garma festival employing 130 people.
DonorTec is operated by
Community Information Strategies Australia (CISA), and was launched in
partnership with TechSoup in 2007. CISA has been operating as an NGO in Adelaide, South
Australia, since 1981, providing community service
and events information to NGOs on a local level, as well as technology
information services to NGOs nationally. The TechSoup program was launched in January 2007 and was the pilot country in the region.
